On behalf of the Banyan Springs Patio Villas Board of Directors and the other homeowners, we welcome you to our community. Over the coming months, we look forward to meeting you, whether it be walking down the streets, at the pool, or at a community event. We feel certain that the quality of life of our community will be readily apparent. We are glad to have you as a neighbor and would also like to take this opportunity to give you some useful information.

The office staff will register your car(s), and have a sticker placed on your car window. This enables automatic gate entry. If you haven’t made arrangements to get your photo ID, please go to the office. The photo ID is used to enter the Clubhouse, the pool, the fitness center, and the tennis courts.

COMMUNITY EMAILS AND COMMUNICATIONS:

Be sure you provide your email address and phone number to the office. The Villas utilizes email for notices of Villa meetings and distribution of materials. Sign up for both the Banyan Springs website (banyanspringsfl.com) and the Villas website (banyanspringspatiovillas.com).

LISTING OF EVENTS/PERFORMANCES:

The hallway outside the office has listings of events that may be of interest to you. At the beginning of each month, there is a general sign-up to join clubs or to purchase tickets.

PHONE BOOK:

Banyan Springs has a community phone book. Ask for it at the office.

CAFÉ:

The café is open to you and your guests every day. You can purchase a café card for $100 and receive $110 in food.

WELCOME COMMITTEE:

The POA (Master Association) Welcome Committee will contact you regarding amenities, clubs, activities, performances, and classes.
